he story is told of a man who traveled on foot to a place back in the mountains in which a man of God was teaching and preaching in a little shack to hear the Word of God. The trip was slow and dangerous, rife with pitfals, cliffs of tremendous heights, slow going, and took ten+ hrs to make.
He was thrilled and enthralled by the message of the Name of Jesus, and began his trip home. Several hours into the return trip he became hungry for more of the message, and soon realized he had forgotten that Name. He turned around and retraced his steps in the dangerous darkness and when he came upon the place of the little church, he burst through the door saying, "Please, tell me His Name again! I must know more of that Name."
What he had found was the Dayspring, the well of Living Water, the Source of healing, life, love, joy, happiness, washing, cleanisng, Salvation. It's all tied up that Name, that most precious Name of Jesus. It is that Name which is above every Name. It is that Name lifts us up above all the problems of the world. It is that Name we wear when we become His. We are in the world, but not of the world.
We see headlines like this in the news:
Iran gives stealth drone secrets to Russia
Dems to Christians: 'Get thee to a nunnery'
Shock claim: Obama picks Muslim for CIA chief
Black mob takes over neighborhood, again
U.S. seeks vanishing, 'dissolvable' electronics
Syrian Christians 'running out of places to survive'
Radical Islam surging in Balkans
Military coup coming in Egypt?
Every day the headlines are worse and worse, and we become accustomed to bad news. It is coming to the point of making one frightened as to what the future will bring. But in light of all this, I sing the song "Known Only To Him."
Known only to him are the great hidden secrets
I'll fear not the darkness when my flame shall dim
I know not what the future holds
But I know who holds the future
It's a secret known only to Him
In this world of fear and doubt
Down on my knees I ask the question
Why a lonely, heavy cross I must bear
Then he tells me in my prayer
It's because I am trustworthy
He gives me strength, far more than my share.
When my eyes behold the stars
This heart of mine is filled with wonder
My poor mind cannot grasp their array
But the hand that spilled them there
All across the wide heaven
Had a plan when He placed them that way
The security is found in The Rock of Ages. He is the Cleft in the Rock. Rest in a weary land. He is the Creator of the Universe, He is the Living Word Incarnate, The Helpless Sinners' Friend. He is Our Wisdom and Perfection, Our King of Priests To Be. He is Our Mighty God.
Jesus is my All in All. He is the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End. He is the Mighty King and Priest, The Manna from on High. He is The Lamb Slain, The Sacrifice, The Mighty God, The Prince of Peace, The Everylasting Father, Wonderful, Counselor, He is Jesus.
But I have a question for you: Do you wear His Name? Do you proudly display His Name on your soul? You claim the washing and cleansing, the soul saving Grace. But do you wear His Name?
How does one get the Name? It comes only in the application of the obedience to His Word, in baptism. He Himself was even baptized. But if you want to identify with Him, you must be baptized IN HIS NAME!
But baptisim is only valuable if it invokes the Name of Jesus Christ. You cannot have the Name applied by calling on some man made formula or theology. According to Scritpure, you must call on the Name of the Lord. (Luke 24:47, Matt 28:19, Acts 2:38,
If you were baptized using the formula substituted by the enemy in an almost religion, almost calling on Jesus Name, then you're just almost saved. Friends, I started out to make a hundred, ninety nine and half won't do.
Calling on the titles of God instead of His Name, will only induct your soul into the First Church of Babylon. If you are baptized in the trinitarian formula of father, son and holy ghost, you are indeed . . .
a Catholic . . .
Read it for yourself:
John Paul II made this statement in his official document
"Ecumenical Directory" 1993.
This quote from the official Vatican document Ecumenical Directory published by John Paul II shows WHOEVER baptized a person (whether a Roman "Catholic" or not, heretic, freak, guru or otherwise), SO LONG AS the person was "baptized" using water (sprinkling will do for the Vatican, though of course in the New Testament the word baptizo, "baptize", means to IMMERSE FULLY in water), and SO LONG AS the person who did the "baptism" called out the mantra "in the name of the Father and in the name of the Son and in the name of the Holy Spirit," then, AND THEN ONLY did that count as a Roman "Catholic" valid baptism, according to the official Vatican doctrine.
The person "baptized" in that way does not have to be rebaptized or go through any other baptism ceremony when they want to be accepted into the Roman "Catholic" cult, since their original "baptism" was a valid "Catholic" baptism — so says the Vatican.
You can see then that when you're "baptized" with the Trinity formula you're baptized into the Roman "Catholic" cult. There is a clear magic necessity for the Trinity formula in the Vatican cultic system.
Here's quotes from the encyclopedias, some even the Catholic: Jesus or Trinity?
