1. I looked up to see the sunshine, a cloud hung overhead. And I went out to search for happiness, found loneliness instead. And oh how I longed for peace of mind, my soul was in despair. And I reached out to shake the hand, of a friend that wasn't there. 2. Then I wondered on in darkness, in sin I felt so low. I had nothing else to lose, I had no where I could go.
