Feasting At The Table Of The King
1.
A poor and lonely man, dwelling in the distant land of Lodebar.
Crippled all my days, mistreated and betrayed my life's been hard.
Seemed I was born to lose, till a servant with good news came by my way
He said the king requests your presence, if you're willing you can pack and leave today
Chorus
Now I'm sitting at the table, for the king's prepared a place here just for me.
Though unworthy of this kindness I'm adopted by this royal family.
I don't have much to offer Him, nothing in my hands I have to bring.
But I'm glad I took my place, now I'm feasting at the table of the king.
2.
A poor and lonely beggar, a lost and dying sinner with no friends.
Then Jesus made me whole, saved my wretched soul.
He took me, now I'm on my way to glory, sharing that sweet story Jesus saves.
For this king has shown His mercy that's, the reason I am here today.
