They've Let Down The Bars
1. Oh master shepherd of the fold, your sheep look mighty thin. for the sheep have almost left the fold. But how did the goats get in, we have let down the bars I know, to populate the fold, and while goats were coming in, the sheep ran out in the cold. 2. We have let the moving pictures in, to entertain the crowd. and while the sheep are starved to death, the goats are fat and proud. They said our preachers to blame. for our grammar they did not know. We have got some educated icebergs now, but the Holy ghost men are gone. 3. The sheep are so particular, they are careful what they chew. but the goats don't care what they nibble on. Just any old thing will do, the goats are running the whole machine. And they've got it off the track, but master shepherd will raise those bars, if you'd only let the sheep come back.
