When in need of a specific item
we call for it by its specific name
Not by some descriptive term or line
nor by something that sounds the same

If you want a Mercedes you don't ask for a Ford
you ask in accordance to what you can afford
Or willing to part with the sacrifice
what part of your fortune can you give of your life

It's the same with the Salvation plan
it's written so plainly anyone can understand
Jesus said it Himself, be baptized in the Name
not some descriptive terms, not meaning the same!

What is the Name so awesome
that people are willing to sacrifice their life to become
What He asked of them in the scripture
to be washed by His blood and be pure

But you can't have the blood of Him that died
suffered our shame and sins, was crucified
Unless you call it by NAME
you won't get the same

Be baptized today as the Word has said
by Peter and James and Paul, who bled
In the propogation of the Holyghost power
which saves, even to this hour

Oh! Arise and be washed today
as spoken in the Word, the Bible way
Repentance as Peter preached in Acts 2:38
when for His bride He comes, He'll call them by Name.
